It is an original Louis the 16th era French provincial stool
It has the original gold gilding on the timber and also original floral silk upholstery
This is an 18th century piece and is in fantastic condition for its age, just the regular minor crackling for the gold gilding that takes nothing away from this piece
It has the Louis XVI legs with stunning carvings on each leg throughout
