amazing room in brunswick sharehouse for one month or longer in BRUNSWICK, Victoria for sale

hey there, we have a room vacant in our 12 bedroom brunswick mansion (you have to see it to believe it). Suit creative/muso types, the room is fully furnished and we're initially offering it as a 1 month sublet with the possibility of staying on. the house is more of a massive family home than a hostel environment, very tight crew and we'd love someone who wants to join the family, and not just use the house as a place to crash. it's a very social house, always people around, but never feels crowded at all, with 2 massive living spaces, 3 separate toilets and 2 separate showers - never any competition to use the facilities.
we'd ideally like a girl to balance out the house but open to the right guy. smoking outside is fine.
