Large Double Room For Rent In Brunswick in BRUNSWICK, Victoria for sale

I am looking for a new housemate to take the larger room in my two-bedroom apartment in Brunswick available from November 9.
I might be biased but this apartment is in one of the best locations in Brunswick. It is located within walking distance to four different tram lines (1,8,19 and 96) and about a 10 minute walk from the Upfield train line. Sandwiched right in between Lygon St and Sydney Rd, there are no shotage of shops and restaurants around the area.
The apartment itself is also really nice. It's about 5 years old and quite modern. We have a dishawasher, heating and cooling, a large outdoor balcony and an electric stove and oven for all of your cooking needs. Your room is unfurnished but most of the house is pretty much set. I've got everything else, perhaps just lacking in an extra couch for the loungeroom.
A little about me - I am a 24 year old male who has been living here for about 2 years. I work full time at a nearby hospital. I'm pretty tame during the week as I'm pretty wiped from work but always up for a chat and a beer. On weekends if i'm not out around town I will be getting stuck into some AFL or NBA or EPL on the TV. It would be great to have a likeminded person move in, or at least someone who can tolerate a bit of sport over a few drinks on the weekend! I also love my music, mostly indie rock, disco, house and techno, so bonus points if you are into that.
As mentioned, the room is quite large. You could easily fit a double bed as well as a desk plus a couch in there. I'd actually challenge you to find a room in a Brunswick apartment bigger than this!
Bills are pretty cheap, there's not much to it. Electricity, internet, water and Foxtel, but Foxtel isn't essential.
