We are two chicks in our early thirties and we are looking for a new housemate.
You will be sharing a large double story, fully furnished townhouse (except your bedroom) complete with open kitchen/living area, 3 bed/2 bath, European laundry and security gated entry. There is also a balcony off the living area and a courtyard downstairs.
Your room is a medium size (easily fits queen bed, side drawers, tallboy etc) with large built in wardrobe and you will be sharing a bathroom with one of us.
House is located 200m from Anstey train station and access to trams and all of the food and nightlife that Sydney Rd offers is readily available as we are so close!
Rent is $869 per calendar month (a bond of this amount is required as well).
We're looking for someone who is easy going, friendly and who doesn't mind sharing a meal or a wine together from time to time.
We work hard at our professional jobs during the week and enjoy socialising on the weekends. We're both pretty easy going and open to meeting new people and doing new things.
