United Forces of House Hunting in BRUNSWICK, Victoria for sale

The plan is to rent a house around Brunswick/Thornbury/Preston/Coburg and to share it with some valuable personalities that would rent a room and share the house with us. I have my friend Steve that is supposed to rent one out, he is an engineer and work with me on a renewable energy product design project in Brunswick. This means that I will take 2 rooms as I need one for my 5yo boy that may come for hollidays every now and then.
I am a sound engineer and mostly work for theatres. I am also an entrepreneur in product design business that taps into the renewable energy sector. I am an awseome chap to have around, however have very little time for socializing at the moment as I spend 99% of my time at my workshop/office in Brunswick or on some jobs in the city so I would be home for 30min in the morning and 30min in the evening pretty much... that leave you the house for yourseves, how cool is that! :)
So basically, I would like to find a crew that would unite with us to get a nice place. I have all the liabilities, references and cash in order to step in for the group of us and deal with landlords. Meanwhile it would be prefferable to have at least one chick with us so we can sign the lease as a couple, for a realestate agent that is a full tilt bull's eye.
