I had a rough start to life and had to be rescued by animal welfare officers before coming to live with my parents. I doubled my body weight and recovered from some very bad experiences in that first year. I've been loved so very much for the last 5 years and my parents are really struggling with the fact that they've had to make this decision.
18 months ago a puppy came home to stay, we were best of friends for the first year until we started fighting. I've been through intensive training and I still don't get along with other dogs. I tried really hard but I belong in a one dog home with grown children or a child-free couple.
My favourite activities are sunbaking and getting cuddles, preferably at the same time. I'm not super active, I love walks but I don't really do laps in the backyard, I've lived in an apartment before and I was fine as long as I got to go out and sniff.
I'm desexed, microchipped and have current vaccinations. I've never had any medical problems, I just don't like dogs.
My parents need to know that I'm going to a good home, if you enquire about me they will ask you a lot of questions to make sure I'll be well looked after. Don't take offence to the questioning, they just love me and want to make sure that this is the last time I'll have to move homes.
