The room available is ($557/month) it is downstairs next to one other bedroom, it's a good size, carpeted with plenty of space for a desk and wardrobe in addition to a double bed or queen bed. There's a nice big window and you'll have your own fire place too-sweet! You'll also only be sharing the bathroom with one other person, making life easy in the mornings.
We are both pretty easy going, and are also relatively new tenants to the house. We are after someone who's honest and open minded looking to make this their home. We both work weekdays and are usually pretty quiet during the week, but it is a pretty relaxed house in that it allows for everyone to have their own space/privacy when needed but we do like to catch up for dinner when we can and a glass of wine or 10!
The important stuff: we are after someone who is EMPLOYED, (rent& bills on time every time) after LONG TERM stay, reliable, knows when to to their dishes...no one likes Eco-systems forming in tea cups). Preferably we are looking for a guy for balance but totally open to females too if you're the right fit for the house. Unfortunately no couples or avid Abbott supporters (if you like him you probably won't like us.)
